Some Achievements

• Recently, a land was taken over by Government, in 1980s and necessary changes were carried out in Revenue Records, but possession was still with the owners of the land. By referring Supreme Court/High Court orders Rs. 28 Crores worth of land was restored in the names of the owner.
• In Dindugal District a land was acquired by Government, for a PUBLIC PURPOSE but not taken over possession for several years. As there was a provision in the Land Acquisition Act,1894, the land was restored to the Land owners.
• Suitable higher compensation were got and given to the land owners in Land Acquisition cases.
• When purchase of Flats people are carried over by the brand name of the Promoters. Opinions are given after verification of the Documents given by the Promoters whether the documents are legally valid.
